Refund Policy

Competitive League Refund policy: A full refund will be provided to any player who is not offered a place on a team by WJBB. West Jeff Baseball League maintains a 100% refund policy less a $25 processing fee for cancellation of a registration prior to formation of teams.  West Jeff Baseball must receive the cancellation via email to [email protected].  No refund will be processed until a request is received via email.  After the official formation of teams, but prior to the start of league games, any refunds will be 50% of the original registration costs.  These fees will be refunded after the return of any and all West Jeff Baseball Equipment by the participant.  This includes but is not limited to: catchers gear, and other equipment the participant may have borrowed. 

After the start of league games, there will be no refunds.

Rec League Refund policy: A full refund will be provided to any player who can not be placed on a Rec league team. It is rare we can't accommodate all Rec league registrants. West Jeff Baseball League maintains a 100% refund policy until team formation begins in mid-March. After March 15, a $25 processing fee will be deducted from cancellation requests.  West Jeff Baseball must receive the cancellation via email to [email protected]. No refund will be processed until a request is received via email.  

Once Rec league games begin, there will be no further refunds.
